1. The Service
Chocolocut is currently in a private beta phase and automatically edits videos you upload.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Billing & Cancellations
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. To protect our server resources, we do not offer refunds on partial months or unused minutes.
4. Your Content, Your Ownership
You retain full ownership of the videos you upload and the edited results. We do not claim any rights to your content beyond the temporary technical access required to process, edit, and store it for you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that you do not own the rights to, or content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
6. Automated Edits Disclaimer
Captions, zoom points, and stock footage selections are generated automatically by AI models and may occasionally be imperfect or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing your output before publishing it.
7. Beta Status
Chocolocut is in active development. Features, limits, and pricing may change. We will do our best to communicate any significant changes in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
