To run Chocolocut, we share limited, necessary data with the following categories of secure third-party processors:

• AI Transcription & Language Processing APIs: We send your video's audio to third-party secure APIs to generate transcripts, captions, and edit suggestions.
• Stock Media & Asset Integration APIs: We send short search keywords (never your actual video or personal data) to third-party libraries to fetch matching stock footage.
• Payment Processors: If you are on a paid plan, your payment information is handled directly by our secure, PCI-compliant payment merchant. We do not store or see your card details.
• Cloud Hosting & Storage Providers: We store and process your video files on secure, encrypted cloud servers.

How long we keep your data

• Free users: Videos and raw assets are automatically deleted 24 hours after processing to protect your privacy and keep our servers fast.
• Pro users: To keep storage costs fair and protect your privacy, edited videos are securely stored on our servers for 30 days before being automatically purged. Please download your finished videos promptly.

You may request immediate, full deletion of your account and all associated files at any time.
